Sauna/cold plunge information - PLEASE READ!
sauna is kept between 130-140 degrees Fahrenheit.
cold plunge is kept around 50 degrees.
Intro pack is only offered for 30 minute sessions. Intro pack is a one time purchase for each client. unlimited sessions are used within one month, and only allowed once a day.
please ensure to drink at least 32 oz of water one hour before entering sauna session.
please check with your physician prior to sauna and/or cold plunge session to ensure safety and to avoid any health complications.
bathing suits are required to be worn inside sauna and cold plunge.
sandals are also required to wear inside sauna.
We supply a robe, as well as two towels. One to sit on, the other to wipe away perspiration within the sauna. you may bring your own towels.
electronics are not allowed within the sauna. You may bring in a book/magazine of choice.
you will be given an extra 3-5 minutes prior and post the sauna and/or cold plunge session. THE HAUTE HOUSE doES not HAVE showers.
